Interiors both public and private have provided rich subject matter for the camera throughout the history of photography. The images created have enabled us to look in on private spaces that we might not otherwise have access to, and to re-experience places that we may only pass through. In this exhibition, David R. Hanlon gives us fresh insight into public spaces and opens doors for us to share with them how others live or have lived.
