David McKirdy: Marking Time April 21, 2007

This exhibition features the work of David McKirdy, a meticulous craftsman and a seeker of order in a chaotic world. He finds expression in such techniques as burning or punching holes or other shapes in various materials to from patterns which are arranged in layers to give an illusion of movement or to enhance visual harmony. He has won more than 125 awards in juried and group shows and his works are collected by art patrons around the world.
