Davefest 2009 - A Day of Rock ‘n Roll on the Lawn August 15, 2009

Rockers of all ages will be flocking to Danville on Saturday, August 15th for the Bay Area’s hippest outdoor rock concert of the summer. Davefest 2009 brings to the Tri-Valley five of the hottest bands in NorCal, including:

• Lumberyard
• Mersey Beach
• Spinout
• The Shillz
• Zero to Couch
• and more!

At Davefest 2009, attendees will revel in some of the greatest cover music ever written, and take in fantastic new songs from artists that have played with some of the industry’s biggest legends including the Allman Brothers, Counting Crows, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Janis Joplin. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket, something to eat and drink, and lots of suntan lotion. In addition to providing music enthusiasts with an afternoon of fun in the sun, Davefest 2009 is a benefit for the San Ramon Valley YMCA capital campaign, with proceeds supporting the new YMCA family center in Danville.
