Securely destroy the old data on hard-drives, tapes, cell phones, PDAs, floppies, CDs, DVDs, computers, and laptops with a trip to Computation!

For the week of January 26th - 31st Computation Ltd invites the general public to its Toronto and Montreal service centers to have the private information on their computers, hard drives, cell phones, PDAs, CDs, DVDs, audio / video tapes and floppy disks destroyed by industry professionals in celebration of Data Privacy Day.
As personal information found on computers and media can be used for identity theft, intellectual property theft or damaging someone's reputation, it is important to take the proper measures to avoid this data falling into the wrong hands. Businesses must also ensure that their data is properly destroyed to avoid sensitive proprietary and client data being misused.
Who should attend this event?
Anyone with a computer or laptop, hard drive, cell phone, PDAs, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, and audio or video tapes that they wish to dispose of. Individuals and businesses concerned about their data being destroyed in a proper manner and the materials processed with respect for the environment. For those (individuals or organizations) with larger quantities, special requirements, or a need for pick-up services please contact us.
When and where is this event taking place?
Toronto: Computation is located 280 Jane St. and open from 10:00am until 7:00pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00am until 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Montreal: Computation is located at 7080 Alexandra St., Suite 101. and open from 10:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 11:00am until 5:00pm.
What does this event cost?
As a Data Privacy Day promotion, destruction of data and recycling is:
-$5 per computer or laptop -$2 per cell phone or PDA
-$3 per hard drive that has been removed from a computer or laptop
-$15 per banker's box of CDs/DVDs, audio / video tapes, floppy disks
