Dark Star Orchestra- Continuing the Grateful Dead Experience May 31, 2012

Did you ever want to experience a Grateful Dead show but just never made it? Well, now is your chance! Dark Star Orchestra performs the Grateful Dead just like the Grateful Dead did during their 30 years of touring. Dark Star Orchestra will, on any given night, perform a show based on one of the thousands of set lists from the Grateful Dead’s touring years. Are you a big enough fan to name the date and venue of the original show being performed that night? DSO has been touring for 11 years and in January of 2011 they performed their 1900th show still with the determination and commitment to “raising the Dead.” No detail is missed in the set up of a Dark Star Orchestra show. The band will adapt their stage positioning, vocal arrangements, equipment and even the instrument placement to match the era of the show they are resurrecting that night. Wait until the end of the show and they will announce the date and venue of the original set list….do you think you will know the answer??
