Dare to Explore Science! March 2, 2013

For students in grades 5 through 8
Science in Your Backyard is the theme of this half-day workshop designed to introduce students to some of the Museum's curators and collections. Small breakout sessions, which include hands-on demonstrations and experiments and behind-the-scenes tours, will focus on the area's insects, plants, soils and birds. Find out about exciting career paths in various fields of science.
Members: $15; nonmembers: $20. Limit: 80. Fee includes class materials and snack.
