Start your new year here with 10 days of intro classes. Appreciate your own movement in your own time by stepping into an absolute beginners class designed to help you get fit, feel great about yourself and have fun in a welcoming, supportive, friendly environment. No cookie cutter dancers here - we welcome movers from all walks of life at all ages and levels. Be generous with yourself and enjoy the gifts of well-being, release, and joy that dance and movement offer. When you find yourself in our beautiful, light-filled studios for class, it's your dedicated time to treat yourself.
