Best-selling author, international economist and frequent guest on CNN, CNBC, BBC and Fox Business, Dambisa Moyo, will tell us why the West needs to adopt radical solutions to salvage its global economic power. With western economies hovering on the brink of recession and emerging economies posting double-digit growth rates, Moyo believes the West can no longer afford to regard global up-and-comers as menacing gate crashers.

A former consultant for the World Bank and former emerging markets investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Moyo was named by Time Magazine as one of the "100 Most Influential People in the World" and was nominated to the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders Forum. She is also a regular contributor to financial journals, including The Economist and Financial Times.
Moyo earned a Doctorate in Economics from Oxford University and holds a Masters from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Moyo also received a Masters of Business and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from American University in Washington D.C.
