Dakota Foundation Jazz Brunch and Fundraiser February 27, 2011

The Dakota Foundation for Jazz Education invites you to support young jazz artists and jazz listeners. Irv Williams and Ginger Commodore will be joining the Dakota Combo onstage in their first performance following the national Mingus Competition in New York. Branford Marsalis will talk about his early influences and the value of jazz education. The Jane Matteson Award for Outstanding Jazz Educator will be presented to KBEM Jazz 88 Radio. There are some special auction items, and you'll enjoy a Dakota brunch, courtesy of chef Jack Riebel.
