Coral Reef Dives happen at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm: Meet a coral reef diver who descends into the exhibit to introduce you to the worlds deepest living coral reef exhibit. See California Spotlight everyday at 12:00 pm in Climate Change. Throughout history, California has been home to some of the most unique landscapes and amazing wildlife found in North America. Join us for a special look at some of the animals that are from this land, including the grizzly, the mountain lion, and the condor. Sanctuary in the Sea shows on the half hour from 10 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday, and Sunday from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. Discover the beauty, diversity and history of the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, an isolated haven for sea birds, seals, and white sharks, just 28 miles off the coast of San Francisco. Through the eyes of Ron Elliott, an urchin diver turned videographer, audiences will witness this fragile ecosystems transformation from exploited hunting ground to protected sanctuary in this short film.
