DADDY & ME TEA – CELEBRATING THAT SPECIAL BOND BETWEEN A FATHER FIGURE AND HIS LITTLE GIRL March 27, 2010

EventsbyLORRAINEBaileyCarter, LLC hosts the inaugural "Daddy & Me" Tea, an event that celebrates the special relationship between a "Daddy"—or that special male role‐model—and his little girl in an atmosphere which demands style, class and self-esteem.
Fathers are cordially invited to accompany their daughters on March 27th, 2010 at the Josephine Butler Parks Center—a historic mansion situated in NW Washington, DC. Master of Ceremony TV personality Marc Clarke, featuring father/daughter dance lessons, a motivational talk by the current Mrs. Maryland 2009, Adrienne Watson-Carver, adolescent book author of the series ATL Girlz, Sonia Hayes, will be on site to for a book signing, sponsored give-aways and a motivational speach on "loving yourself," smooth jazz sounds by saxophonist Wake Campbell with vocals by newcomer to the scene, Brett Gay, a special presentation by the daughters and, of course, tea! Ages 4-17yrs. A percentage of the proceeds to benefit 501(c)3, Sisters Empowered Foundation, Inc.
