cyclesocial: a chance to meet with other cyclists from Waltham Forest. Talk about what you like about cycling in and around the borough and what you think needs fixing. Share routes and tips, get advice or find some local cycling buddies.

Before the start of the social event, Waltham Forest Cycling Campaign will be holding their annual elections and approving the group's constitution.

• Communications officer (new post)

All are welcome to attend this part of the evening, but only local LCC members are able to vote or stand as a candidate.
