Curve Fashion Show 2009 – L.A. Female Designers Bringing an Edge to the Catwalk
Los Angeles, Calif., August 7, 2009 – The Curve Fashion Show will feature four L.A. female designers who will be showcasing their latest ensembles and collection for fall/winter 2009. From street wears by Hakka and Multeepurporse to contemporary designs by Crimson Ivy and Glamorous Stage, guests can anticipate on viewing an array of designs that captures the essence of L.A. fashion; Edgy, chic and sexy. Guests of C.F.S. will be able to meet the designers who will be setting booths with ready-to-wear collections.
“Curve will provide an opportunity for young designers to present their work to industry and media,” said head designer and co owner of Hakka Apparel, Nana Suzuki. “We are excited to collaborate with other designers who encapsulates the fashion of L.A..”
Following the fashion show, C.F.S. will feature live performances by Kid Monkeys and Hollywood resident DJs from C.O.R.E. Entertainments and Afro99 who are sure to treat the Hollywood scene’s appetite for funky disco house over house special cosmos and martinis. C.F.S expects 400~600 attendees including Chief Designer from LaFine and editors from LaLaLa and Jpy Magazine.
