Speakers:

Cynthia Shearn is a Partner in the Chicago office of Fragomen. During her 13-year career in the immigration field, she has represented multinational corporate clients in such industries as management and technology consulting, manufacturing, civil engineering and specialty chemicals. Her practice in U.S. corporate immigration law includes nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and I-9 and Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance.

Philippe Tremblay is the Practice Leader and Manager of Fragomen (Canada) Co. in Toronto. Displaying over 12 years of experience as an immigration lawyer, including 10 as a Partner/Practice Manager, Philippe has established himself as one of the most respected professionals in the field.
