Free NYC Dessert Fest is a free monthly walking tour. Purchase of desserts are optional. $5.00 suggestion donation per person for charity.

This is our 2nd year of monthly dessert tours of the neighborhood sweet spots. Join us for Cupcake Crawl, we’ll visit 5 of the best cupcake shops, on the Lower East Side and the East Village. We begin at Baby Cakes, and continue to the following bakeries; Sugar Sweet Sunshine, Butter Lane, Dessert Club and Crumbs.

To help support the good work of Food Bank For New York City, a non-profit helping to feed the hungry, donations are accepted. 100% of all donations go to charity. Since December 2008 your donations have helped feed 42 New Yorkers for a month. We wish to thank all who generously donated. Meet our tour guide with the red ball cap saying Walking Tours Manhattan on Sunday November 22, 2009 at 11am at Baby Cakes 248 Broome St., bet. Orchard & Ludlow Sts. Tour lasts 1 1/2 hours. Walking distance is 1 1/4 mile.
