The Arts, too, have proven to be remarkably resilient in the face of challenges and, indeed, may flourish, focus and innovate during difficult times. The Salisbury Cultural Arts Foundation considers it part of our mission to promote the Cultural Arts, to help artists and Cultural Arts organizations in our region to weather the current economic crisis. We seek to strengthen the artists and organizations that are the backbone of our cultural heritage. This is not the time to retrenchthis is the time to take action and stay motivated. The CULTURAL ARTS FESTIVAL takes that step!
