Culinary Michigan: Cookbooks October 5, 2009

This exhibit echoes the 2009 Kerrytown BookFest theme, 'Culinary Michigan: Books and Cooks,' and features cookbooks and culinary ephemera from the collections of local collectors and libraries, including that of Jan Longone, Curator of American Culinary History at the University of Michigan Clements Library.
