CUESA's 9th annual Sunday Supper fundraiser convenes farmers market lovers, chefs, farmers, and food artisans for a four-course whole-beast feast to benefit our work in educating eaters and supporting farmers.
Join Bay Area food luminaries Michael Pollan, Alice Waters, and Peggy Smith & Sue Conley of Cowgirl Creamery for a wine, artisan cheese and salumi reception in the Ferry Building's Grand Hall. After appetites are whetted, guests will join a communal table to enjoy a distinct, succulent, four-course meal prepared by one of six chef teams. The entree course will feature a whole beast carved tableside, be it feathered, finned, or hoofed. Wine and beer are paired with each menu by a guest sommelier. Vegetarian meals are available upon request, and we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. Just let us know in advance when you register.
We'll also be auctioning a few fabulous prizes.
