Crush presents MNDR, Zambri, Tayisha Busay
:: Built By MeanRed and Famous Friends

We like to dance. That's the straight up deal. We like to dance and we like bands that make us wanna dance and when we like them, we like them a lot - we crush on them.

MNDR -- a Brooklyn native by way of Oakland, Chicago, and LA, this girl has been making music nerds swoon left and right. You may have seen her tear it up at Fader Fort during CMJ, and you may have heard her wonky club tracks like "Fade To Black", but did you know she can strip an amp and completely rebuild it? And model custom Nord G2 patches? That's right, this girl can out-smart us AND out-party us. We're smitten.

Zambri -- Complex dark pop outfit Zambri has been making our ears perk up lately. The lead singing Zambri sisters are small and unassuming... until the beat drops and they hit the mic -- their angelic voices soaring over apocalyptic synths.

Tayisha Busay -- When they aren't rolling around in piles of glitter and beaming out ridiculous lyrics, they are cuddling their keyboards and grinding up on their synthesizers in front of adoring fans. But it's their crazy outfits and choreographed dance moves that makes us adore them so....

Brought to you monthly by Ruth Heronemus (Famous Friends) and Jen Lyon (MeanRed).
