Cruising the Classics: Father's Day and Family Fun June 20, 2010

-Fathers are Free for Father's Day
-Bring a rod, classic, or muscle car (Dad's can bring their favorite vehicle regardless of make, because it's Father's Day) & drivers will receive admission to the Museum & a Commemorative Dash Plaque (There is a $5 registration fee per vehicle)
-Pinstripers will be on hand to stripe personal items for a fee & display their wares.
-Live music from Juke Joint will set the mood. "Juke Joint is an experienced six-piece 'horn' band playing Memphis Soul and R&B, a shimmering, sultry and funky style produced in the 1960s and 1970s at Stax and Hi Records in Memphis, Tennessee, featuring soulful vocals, dynamic horn lines, tasteful guitar, and a driving beat by the drums and bass. We flavor ours with some blues harp as well!"
-Dreyer's Ice Cream will be on hand to pass out free samples.
-Self-Directed, Hands-On Children's Activities are available next to the Styling Exhibition. Also, Crackers the Clown will be on hand to make balloon animals for the children.
-Everyone can view the extensive Automobile Exhibition (over 70 classics and one-of-kind automobiles from throughout automotive history) and the new Styling Exhibition.
