Do you communicate with a multinational workforce and clientele on a regular basis? Would you like to enhance your cross-cultural competence?
Join SF IABC for a discussion on how to successfully bridge cross-cultural communication: East and West.

The presentation will address the main cultural differences between East and West in terms of communication and motivational styles, individual and social orientations, people and conflict resolution skills, learning differences, and non-verbal communication expressions.

Audience members will then participate in a lively discussion on how to build productive business relationships between the East and the West and across country lines, and apply these skills to their own situations and needs.

The event is sponsored in part by Wordwright Communications, Inc. www.wordwc.com

Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.
