Cross Conservation Area presents "Waste in our World", Feb. 23 February 23, 2008

Get out of the city one wintery Saturday this month, by visiting the
Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area, just southwest of Calgary.
This workshop, from 1 to 3 p.m., is led by Lisa Flaman from the
Weaselhead/Glenmore Park Preservation Society, who will unveil the
stink about waste. Where does plastic go when you recycle it? Discover
the difference between nature's waste and ours through games and
activities and go beyond the three Rs. The cost is $8 for adults and $4
