Crooked Crow @ Jammin Java November 22, 2008

Crooked Crow will be playing at Jammin Java, in Vienna, VA. We've been invited to play by our good friends at The Dreamscapes Project, a fantastic local indie rock band.

Opening the show will be another awesome band, Zelos. I've seen both of these bands play, and you will not be disappointed by their incredible sound. We're honored to be sharing a stage with both of them.

For Crooked Crow, this will be another all-original show, featuring many of the songs from our new record, Real People. Additionally, we will be playing two brand-spanking new songs that you've never heard us play before! Be sure to come on out and be the first people to ever hear them!

The first, entitled "Missing You" is something the band has been playing around with for a couple years (dating back from our more acoustic days), but only recently rocked it out, bringing it more in line with our current sound. The other is our new show opener, the melt-your-face "Fall Away From Me," which we wrote just a few weeks ago.

As usual, along with our CDs, we will also have other "merch" available for sale, including T-shirts and stickers.

Crooked Crow will be playing the final timeslot of the night, starting around 12 PM. Doors open at 9:30, and the first band takes the stage at 10:00 PM. There is an $12 cover charge ($10 pre-sale).
