Creativity Camp for Grownups is a serious workshop, with a serious purpose: to increase your creative capabilities. With greater creativity, it's easier to make changes, including changes to your own outlook, thought processes and behavior. With greater creativity, you can rid yourself of meaningless activity. With greater creativity, you can face challenges with far more flexibility and confidence. Whether you apply these creative capabilities to the world of business, personal life, politics or the arts is up to you. But no matter what the challenge, being able to draw from the infinite well of creativity at any time sure beats being stuck in a rut, wondering if you'll ever get out.

In this weekend workshop, we'll combine a vast range of techniques to give you creative practice, and help you get back in the stream of creative thought that is always available to you, whether you realized it or not.

Examples:
o Take a problem and reframe it in all different ways
o Experience how changes in posture can trigger bursts of creativity
o Learn to redirect your attention to produce new insight
o Write a short autobiography, in the present tense, of the person you want to be
o Learn how to use your different senses to produce new responses in yourself
o Design rituals on the spot for any occasion to guide you in facing a challenge
o Do serious battle with an entire army of cliches, and win every time

Friday: 7pm dinner, 8:30-9:30 introduction
Saturday: 10am-6pm
