Creating Thank You Cards for the Troops June 23, 2009

People of all ages are invited to the Library to show your support of our troops by sending handmade cards to anonymous soldiers. Kathie Bakken of the Stamp Your Heart Out project will show you how to have some fun, while giving something back to the wonderful people who have put their lives on the line for us. Don’t worry if you’ve never stamped before. Samples and instructions will be provided. All supplies will be provided, you supply the labor. We will be making thank you cards for our soldiers (which you may sign, and include a personal note, if you wish), and cards for the soldiers to send back to their loved ones at home.
