Create:Fixate hosts its 1st official fundraiser after more than 7 years of bringing LA some of the finest art happenings, as well as supporting workshops, seminars and other mind-broadening events. Enjoy complimentary drinks, nibbles, live music, T-shirt making, and a raffle yielding prizes by the Create:Fixate community of artists and designers. Artists will be on hand and a silent auction of pieces gives would-be collectors a second chance to liberate, so to speak, some deserving objects.

FEATURED VISUAL ARTISTS: Greg Boudreau, Kate Daly, Tracy Sagalow, and Michael Pukac. MUSICAL TALENT: Audiomoe, Tony Watson, AquaVee, and a a live breakbeat jazz trio featuring world renowned sax player Matt DeMerritt with veteran musicians Brock Avery, and Doug Lunn. OTHER FEATURES: Interactive custom t-shirt design, raffle, and silent auction.

All tickets include open bar, appetizers, one do-it-yourself t-shirt, automatic entry into a raffle to win great prizes, and the finest art and music entertainment. Ticket purchases qualify for a tax deduction. All ages are welcome.

Liberate the Arts will support Create:Fixate's innovative exhibition and education programs serving artists of all ages. From the 8 Sundays Emerging High School Artist Program, to the production of C:F's Volume 2 Compilation CD promoting emerging musical talent, to their ongoing series of seminars and workshops for emerging visual artists and arts enthusiasts, Create:Fixate engages the creative community in a unique and powerful blend of art and music that has become one of the most dynamic platforms for the arts in Los Angeles.

Create:Fixate is an organization dedicated to elevating the importance and accessibility of art and music through education and to providing opportunities for emerging artists to create, perform, and sell their workthrough mixed medium exhibitions.
