Cranes and Conversations December 31, 2008

Jill Metcoff and Diane Farris are photographers and friends who recently reconnected after discovering that they dwell at the opposite ends of a sandhill crane migration route. This exhibit captures these engaging rural birds in their complex ecosystem. It includes more than 20 photographs which capture everything from an evening flight to a disastrous highway event.
