Abstract:
This course is a refresher of the
basic principles and the application of software quality concepts.

Description:
The objective of the course is to
review the basics concepts of quality as they apply to software and to prepare
attendees to take the CSQE exam. An instructor developed manual and handouts
will be used during the course.

From past experience, the
attendee has already purchased Quality Council of Indiana's CSQE Primer prior
to attending this refresher course.
Therefore, the tuition DOES NOT INCLUDE this valuable
learning tool. Please purchase
separately.

Audience:
This course is for those with the
experience and education needed to sit for the CSQE exam and who want a refresher
in the basic principles and application of software quality concepts. Also
welcome to enroll are individuals seeking a software quality review and not
CSQE certification preparation.
Prerequisites: None
Content:
The following ASQ CSQE Body of
Knowledge topics will be covered:

General Knowledge, Conduct, and Ethics;
Software Quality Management;
Software Engineering Processes;
Program and Project Management;
Software Metrics, Measurement, and Analytical
Methods;
Software Verification and Validation (V
Software
Configuration Management.

Certification Note:
Registration
for this class does not include registration for any certification examination.
