Cousins in Clay: Come for the Day--Come for the Weekend. Seagrove Potters Bruce Gholson and Samantha Henneke have invited NC Potter Michael Kline to join them for a combined Pottery Opening at Bulldog Pottery. Kline a “clay cousin” from Bakersville, is known for his floral brush imagery that gracefully wraps around his pottery forms. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet the artists and add to your pottery collection or begin one.
June 6 : 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
June 7 : 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Gain insights into the work and activities of the potters at their individual blogs. Michael writes, "Sawdust and Dirt" : at michaelklinepottery.blogspot.com and Samantha and Bruce writes, "Around and About with Bulldog": at bulldogpottery.blogspot.com.

There is plenty to do in Seagrove after visiting with the studio art potters: Michael, Samantha and Bruce. Plan on staying some extra time to tour the Seagrove Pottery Community, including the North Carolina Pottery Center.
