I would like all the basic information concerning the case including the proposition. If the City of Los Angeles is having a problem with the opponents of Prop. B then why isn't the city attorney challenging instead of Mitchell Schwartz a supposed environmentalist. And why have I not heard how Solar pays for itself taking away the fee hike to the DWP public and business customers which is not honest and transparent reporting.
