This course is designed to give you an understanding of the possible myofascial contributions to common shoulder, arm, and upper back pain and dysfunction.

Course Objectives:

Identify and treat specific trigger points in the upper back, shoulder, and upper extremities.
Understand and treat the underlying structural or functional causes.
Understand and utilize myofascial release techniques as well as trigger point release.
