Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the lush spring foliage while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body! We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) on a paved dedicated bike path with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders! (You will need to know how to ride a bike as there are no lessons given on this trip)
Afterward we'll head to a wonderful restaurant right on the Hudson River with fantastic views and both indoor and outdoor dining! Some afternoons they even have live music! The restaurant specializes in casual dining and their menu features a large selection of fresh seafood. They also serve wonderful frozen tropical and rum drinks reminiscent of a warm Caribbean day. Watch the sailboats as they silently glide by or the speed boats as they race each other on the river! This is the perfect spot to unwind in the relaxing afternoon breeze.
