The Prithvi Theatre Festival '08 Continues with 'Cotton 56, Polyester 84'. The play is a gritty, true-to-life saga centred around Girangaon, Mumbai's historical textile mill district. The text has been arrived at after months of research which involved meeting innumerable mill workers, their families, mill land activists and union leaders. The play is hard hitting, funny, and poignant. It will change the way you see Mumbai for ever. There will be two shows, with the second being at 9.30 pm. For details contact 26149546.
