You can choose between a Sandwich Basket which includes options like Sopressata w/ Roasted Peppers, Tapenade on House-made Focaccia or Smoked Ham w/ Nancy's Camembert, Pickled Onions or Cork’s Chicken Basket which includes Cork Market’s Peruvian Grilled Chicken or the award-winning Garlic-Herb Marinated Fried Chicken, named one of Bon Appetit’s “Top 10 Fried Chicken.” Both basket options come with housemade side items such as a Farro Salad with Wild Mushrooms, Spring Onions and Preserved Lemons or a Mediterranean Cous Cous Salad.
