Cork Dork Night: Gauls vs. Yanks July 28, 2011

Austin boutique shop and lounge Aviary hosts culinary experience “Cork Dork Night” featuring French and U.S. wines in a friendly Bacchian competition of sorts.
This week’s event will feature a flight of six French and U.S. wines including Rosé, white and sparkling wines paired with raw oysters served with all the traditional fixings (mignonette, horseradish, cocktail sauce and crackers) for $40.
