Join us at the East Bay Cohousing Clubhouse Saturday from 1-4 PM to learn about all kinds of creative approaches can be found to meet your housing needs, including:

• Limited-equity housing cooperatives using land trust models
  
• Shared rentals and group houses
  
• Communes and alternative communities
  
• Room and unit rentals in cohousing neighborhoods
  
• Limited-equity condos in cohousing
  
• First-time homebuyer programs
  

Learn the differences among the cohousing, coops, group houses, and communes in our area, and whether they might work for you.
Find out (and meet) who's developing new projects, and what's on the horizon.

We'll have slides, activities,and special guests from local affordable communities, plus time for networking with like-minded others. 1 to 4 P.M.; $10 at the door; free for currently-paid EBCOHO members.
