Orlando's Michael Donaldson AKA Q-Burns Abstract Message is one of the most dynamic and eclectic DJs around, playing trademark sets of unique and diverse house tracks glued together by pure funk across the globe for better than a decade. His musical endeavors are hardly limited to DJing though; he's released countless tracks on labels as diverse as NRK, Om & Astralwerks since the mid 90s, and lately has busied himself co-running the label Eight Tracks with fellow Floridian Atnarko. The label has been releasing refreshing & delightful robot-funky house music and looks to be a promising mainstay in 2007. Joining Q-Burns on the decks are local jocks Peter Anthony, famed for his Sleazefactor sessions parties & podcasts and generally having his hand in all aspects of the underground music scene in the US, and Justin R, a regular purveyor of twisted, dirty dance beats at venues all around New York City.
