COMMUNITY LEGACY WALKS

FREE, ACCESSIBLE WALKS, just turn up and walk with us!

Enjoy green spaces, discover secret histories, tall tales and art and culture in the area whilst walking, and meeting new people. All walks run by volunteers. Come and share your anecdotes and experience of East London that rubs shoulders with the Olympic Park, and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing without even noticing!

Tues 16th Oct 12 noon – 3pm
Tues 30th Oct 12 noon – 3pm
Sat 24th Nov 12 noon – 3pm
Tues 4th Dec 12 noon – 3pm

Walks start at 12 noon outside Hackney Museum, 1 Reading Lane, E8 1GQ (Nearest bus stop: Hackney Town Hall, on Mare Street; Overground: Hackney Central).
We aim to make all walks accessible, however ongoing building works may affect accessibility, and some paths may be muddy or bumpy.
Walkers must take responsibility for making their own way home. please wear sensible footwear, weather appropriate clothing and bring a packed lunch and water to drink . Duration: 3½ hours and ending at Hackney Wick station.
