Patricia Wells is a much-adored teacher, author, and cook of French cuisine and chef Renee Erickson had the privilege of studying under her in the south of France. Lucky girl! With Patricia coming to Seattle to celebrate the release of her latest cookbook, VEGETABLE HARVEST, we asked Renee to create a dinner at her Provençal inspired gem, Boat Street Cafe. She was honored and jumped at the chance to play homage to Patricia. We’re thrilled and expect a big turnout, and since part of Boat Street’s charm is its intimate dining room, we will be offering two seatings. Don’t miss this delicious opportunity.
