Cooking with Wine, featuring the Carriage House June 26, 2010

Executive Catering Chef, Marty Qually, will create mouth watering dishes before your very eyes using your favorite Adams County Winery wines. The class fee of $50 includes a selection of Adams County Winery’s delicious wines and a feast of chef Marty’s fabulous food creations. The class will provide useful information on the “how’s” and “why’s” of cooking with wine. Seating is limited.
