South Korean physical comedy played a limited engagement this fall at the New Victory and will begin performances at the Minetta Lane Theatre on Feb. 20 with an official opening scheduled for March 7. Conceived and directed by Seung Whan Song, Cookin' was created in Seoul, Korea, in 1997 where it became the longest-running show in Korea's history.
Cookin' plays Wednesday through Friday evenings at 8 PM, Saturdays at 2, 6 and 9 PM and Sundays at 2 and 7 PM. Tickets, priced $40-$65, are available by calling (212) 420-8000 or (212) 307-4100. The Minetta Lane Theatre is located at 18 Minetta Lane; the theatre's box office will open Feb. 9.
