The Hagley Museum and the DCCA present the premiere of the new short documentary, 'Conversation With Dr. Eugene McGowan: African American Psychiatrist and Community Leader.' Dr. McGowan was the first African American psychologist in Delaware's public school system. A light reception follows the screening.
