Controlling Anger-- Before it Controls You
For over forty years, Pastor Leonard Campbell and his wife,
Florence have been helping hurting people overcome using biblical
principles. He is a Marriage and Family Counselor, Pastoral Counseling
Specialist, and a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist.
Is there anger or conflict in your life? Is your organization a
hostile work environment? Is stress killing you? Is anger threatening
your hard earned career? Is anger endangering your marriage? This class
will help us understand the dynamics of denial and to accept
responsibility for working to control anger, and gain some hands-on
experience in applying these techniques in our lives. People experience
anger in one of two ways: Explosive (ranting, raging, very verbal) or
Implosive (where we hold things in and get sick, headaches, stomach
aches and disease) You really can have peace in all circumstances as
the bible says. Come, Join us and learn how anger is detrimental to our
physical and mental health. Day: Saturdays
