GRUM is surely a name to watch out for in the coming years. Blasting onto the blogosphere with a distinctly disco-pop take on dance music, you may have heard his ‘Runaway’ track on Aeroplane’s recent MixMag cover CD or perhaps on BBC Radio via tastemakers Pete Tong and Annie Mac. With a sense of melodic funk and musicality which is often absent in today’s electro scene, GRUM is equally adept at scoring radio play as he is headlining deep dark clubs across the world. FELGUK

Brazilian duo Felguk have certainly hit the big time, and were asked by none other than Madonna to remix her 2009 single ‘Celebration’. However the duo certainly haven’t ‘sold out’, and continue to deliver some pretty damn banging electro house anthems. Co-opting rock, progressive rock, house and pop, Felguk clearly have some deep musical knowledge, as well as the ability to get one hell of a party started.
