Contra Dance Carolina-High Energy Contra Dance April 13, 2007

Contra Dance is a welcoming, playful, high energy, social, non-competitive dance form. Prepare to sweat. Each dance is taught briefly so no experience is needed. Patterns resemble a madcap square dance requiring thinking and fast reflexes so all venues are substance free.

Balcony and floor level seating is available for Non Dancers to enjoy this fine sting band.

Please:
Do Bring drinking water.
Do wear clean soft shoes that will not mark venues wonderful vintage suspended hardwood floors.
Do not wear perfumes or heavy scents as contra dances are the one place folks with allergies/asthma can dance to their hearts delight.
