With 10 years’ experience in teaching nonviolent communication and graduate training at Columbia University in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, as well as 20 years’ experience in the corporate world of international finance, Marty is well qualified to share with us an empathy-based system of communication in this interactive and experiential workshop. Effective conversation can be learned, and we can continue to build ethical relationships.
