Night one of the Cons' CD Release Gig.

The Constantines (constantines.ca) are one of the best live bands in the country. They're playing two nights at the Horseshoe to celebrate the release of their new album, Shine a Light (threegurecords.com in canada and subpop.com in the usa).

Openers are People of the North (ONEIDA) & The Sourkeys. I don't know the sourkeys but Onieda rock. I believe they're on secretlycanadian.com.

Tix at Soundscapes, Rotate This, The Horseshoe. $10 in advance. I'm sure both nights will sell out though I've been tipped that for sure some tix will be available at the door for early arrivals.
