Consider the Oyster August 14, 2011

Purple Rose Theatre presents the World Premiere of 'Consider the Oyster' by David MacGregor, directed by Guy Sanville. This deceptively light comedy takes two scientific facts -- 1) all oysters are born male and then turn female, and 2) doctors are now using oyster shells to help repair human bone -- and spins them into a modern fairy tale that asks: what does it really mean to love someone?
