Connecticut Association for Human Services Centennial Celebration November 10, 2010

The Connecticut Association for Human Services (CAHS) this year celebrates 100 years of working to reduce poverty and create prosperity for all Connecticut children and families. Consistent with their history of promoting policies and practices that move people from poverty, their major Centennial celebration will be a provocative forum, Reclaiming the American Dream, featuring Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Yale Professor Jacob Hacker, author of 'The Great Risk Shift: The New Economic Insecurity and the Decline of the American Dream.' The forum will be followed by a reception and award ceremony.
