Converging in the musical powerhouse of Detroit from cities that bear their own rich musical histories - Chicago, Pittsburgh and Toledo - ConJaMa brings an exciting sound to the Motor City.

The group, comprised of Eric Watson, guitar, Jon Reynolds, bass, Karen Tomalis, drums, and Mike Evans, keyboards, brings a wealth of musical knowledge and many combined years of experience to the table.

As their name, Contemporary Jazz Masters, implies, they remain deeply rooted in the American jazz tradition, while continually branching out into everything from original compositions in a smooth jazz vein, classic soul and funk, to Latin American flavors and the blues.
